No-Bake Gluten-Free Cheesecake Batter

24 oz Cream Cheese 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar 4 oz Sour Cream 1 & 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Vanilla Mix all ingredients together in order. Refrigerate in individual serving ramekins. Top with cherry or strawberry topping.
