Staying the Course
Get emotionally involved in changing your lifestyle. It is a good way to get started and to stay motivated. View changing your lifestyle as something easy and positive so that there are no negative connotations linked to the process. Take everything one step at a time, one day at a time. You can actually use positive affirmations to feed your subconscious mind with positive statements about what you want to attain. By doing this, you can have the right mindset to stay on track.
