Getting the support that you need is crucial. Many times, friends and family can sabotage you without being conscious of what they're doing. It will be hard to be alone in this. They do not need to follow your habits, but they need to be told up front that you're making a lifestyle change. You are not on a diet. By doing this, they can help you without hindering you.
